Giles Orthopedics and Sports Medicine was founded to give patients across southwest Oklahoma something increasingly difficult to find: choice.
After decades of serving the region, Dr. Giles made the decision to move into private practice following hospital consolidation in Lawton. The goal was simple. Continue caring for patients with greater independence, clearer communication, and more accessible treatment options. Today, that vision continues through a practice built on experience, accountability, and community trust.

We are proud to care for patients from Chickasha, Lawton, Duncan, and surrounding communities. Our Chickasha clinic is currently open, with our primary Lawton location scheduled to open in late spring to early summer. As we grow, our focus remains the same: delivering consistent, reliable orthopedic care close to home.
